Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! All our products are handmade and customizable. You can share your preferred colors, designs, or themes via WhatsApp/Instagram, and we’ll craft them for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major online payment options including UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available and for bulk orders above ₹20,000. Such orders require advance payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship both *domestic and international orders*. Shipping charges depend on product weight (incl. volumentery charges if they apply ) and delivery location. For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Handmade Jewelry: 7–10 business days to craft before dispatch.
Glass Bangles: 5–20 business days depending on stock availability.
Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or whatsapp or text message. Please note that we are not responsible for courier delays.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are “custom-made”, we do not accept returns.
‘Exchanges are available only for verified manufacturing damages’ (such as a stone detaching upon arrival).

What is a compulsory unboxing video?
To claim an exchange for manufacturing damage, you must provide an uncut unboxing video:
-Show the parcel from all sides before opening.
-Record the entire process without pausing/stopping.
This helps us verify issues immediately.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
We carefully pack all products, but if you receive a damaged item, kindly share the compulsory unboxing video. Our team will review it and provide the best possible resolution.

All our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting during photo session and handmade techniques. This uniqueness makes every piece special!
