Refund and Returns Policy

At Keerthiz_crafting, every product is handmade and custom-crafted with care. We thoroughly inspect each piece before shipping to ensure the best quality. Since our products are personalized, we do not usually accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, in the rare case of a genuine issue, please review our policy below.

1. Product Quality Assurance

  • All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
  • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a stone detaches immediately), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for customization requests, size preferences, or minor handmade variations.

2. Proof Requirement – Unboxing Video

  • A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the parcel, showing the sealed package from all sides.
    • Clearly capture the entire opening process without pauses or edits.
    • Show the full product and the defect/damage.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Returns & Refunds (Defect Cases Only)

  • We consider returns/refunds only for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.
    2. Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed as our fault.
    • We recommend tracked and insured courier services for safety.
  • Refunds:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.
    • Refunds are credited via bank transfer/UPI only.

4. Transit Damage

  • We are not responsible for damages caused during transit, as shipping is handled by courier services.
  • If your unboxing video clearly shows transit damage:
    • We will assist you in raising a claim with the courier company.
    • Alternatively, we may offer repair or replacement at additional cost (customer pays shipping).
  • Refunds are not provided for transit-related damages.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for verified manufacturing defects.
  • No exchanges for customization, sizing, or personal preference reasons.

6. Important Notes

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • Please review all product details before placing your order.
