📦 Processing & Shipping Time
- All jewellery and accessories are made on order.
- Jewellery: Takes 7–10 business days to handcraft before shipping.
- Glass Bangles:
- If in stock → dispatched immediately.
- If out of stock → considered pre-order and may take up to 20 business days.
- Urgent orders: Contact us on WhatsApp for priority shipping.
- Delivery timelines:
- Domestic (India): 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- International: 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (India): Calculated based on weight and delivery location. Final amount shown at checkout.
- International Orders:
- Shipped via trusted courier partners.
- For exact charges, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable).
- Express Shipping: Available on request for an extra fee. Contact us directly for arrangements.
🔍 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS.
- You can track your package directly with the courier service.
- Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events.
- If your parcel is not delivered within:
- 15 days (Domestic orders) → contact us with your order details.
