1. Products & Custom Orders
- All jewellery and accessories are handmade and made-on-order.
- Each product is crafted with care, so minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
- Product photos on the website are for reference. Actual items may look slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We accept both domestic (India) and international orders.
- Payments can be made securely via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- For bulk or custom orders above ₹20,000:
- An advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
- For all other orders, full payment must be made in advance.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India and internationally.
- Shipping charges depend on weight and destination, and are paid by the customer.
- Dispatch timelines:
- Standard orders: 4–5 business days before shipping.
- Handmade jewellery: 5–7 business days to craft before shipping.
- Delivery timelines:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
- For urgent orders, you can reach us directly on WhatsApp.
- We use trusted courier partners: ST Courier, DTDC, India Post (for domestic) and Garudavega (for international).
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Since every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, product images, and content on Keerthiz_crafting are protected.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- All products are handmade, which means slight differences from photos are natural.
- We are not responsible for color or size variations due to lighting, screen display, or craftsmanship.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
